WELCOME TO SHAHEEN SPORTS FOUNDATION LIMITED

The SHAHEEN SPORTS FOUNDATION LIMITED is a tax-exempt charity under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance,Hong Kong.Our Mission Statement is Spread Hockey games and represent Hong Kong worldwide.

Established on 9th September 1982 and registered as Society under Hong Kong law in the year 1991. Shaheen Sports Club joined the Hong Kong Hockey Association (HKHA) 1982-83 winter hockey league and won the Omega Rosebowl, Runners-up of the 1st Division and Winner ofthe Holland Cup in the same season. In the following season (1983-84), Shaheen again proved to be one of the best team in Hong Kong hockey by winning 5 major trophies, which included Rothmans Cup, Guru-Nanak Cup, Christmas Mixed Cup, 1st Division Championship and the Holland Cup.

Over the past 20 years, Shaheen had won 14 times 1st Division Champion, 8 times Holland Cup winner (6 times were ‘The Doubles’) and won over 20 major titles, which include some one-day tournaments.

Shawnee Boys training in Malaysia

Three of our players – Ken, Chris & Windfall, will be leaving Hong Kong on Thursday (30th May) to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to train with Kuala Lumpur Hockey Club for 3 weeks. On behalf of Shaheen Hockey, we appreciated Mr. George Koshy (owner of KLHC) for his generous support to us
